Bioniq formulas come in granule form and are taken with meals. The granules can be swallowed with water, juice, or milk, or mixed into smoothies, yoghurt, or similar foods. They should not be chewed. Moreover, the granules are not intended to be consumed with hot beverages nor added to a blender.
